- Integrate risk management process into all compliance and data protection controls and processes.
- Data Privacy Management
- Support data privacy management and governance.
- Attend data privacy, risk, security, or similar committees locally.
- Interface with Corporate Governance Bodies
- Create a strong working relationship with the management of the compliance and governance function.
- Guarantee the global needs of the organization.
- Profile
- A previous data privacy/compliance control experience (at least master graduate or equivalent – legal or IT security).
- At least 6 years of professional experience (preferably including control and fraud framework).
- Skills and Competencies
- Results orientation: ability to prioritize tasks, develop an internal sense of urgency, and hold self and others accountable for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
