Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include an indefinite contract directly from our partner, competitive salary, bonus based on team objectives, offices in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, remote work options, continuous training, and team-building activities.

Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Manager to lead recruitment processes, facilitate new talent integration, and manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization's success by creating a committed and highly competent team, adapting to rapid growth challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute tailored recruitment strategies for the Tenerife office, aligned with local needs.
  • Collaborate with managers to define job profiles and specific requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and candidate evaluations, ensuring fair and efficient selection processes.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Coordinate initial and ongoing training to ensure employee integration and development.
  • Foster a positive work environment reflecting ORBDI values.
  • Organize events and activities strengthening team cohesion and organizational culture.
  • Serve as a point of contact between employees and management, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, focusing on recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with experience in personnel management technology tools.
  • Knowledge of local labor legislation and skills in leadership and effective communication.
