Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining our product roadmap, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and leading the development and enhancement of our electronic signature and digital certificate products.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that our products comply with relevant regulations and standards, and implement robust security measures to protect users' digital identities and sensitive information.
- Product Management: Lead the development and enhancement of our electronic signature and digital certificate products, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes related to electronic signatures and digital certificates.
- Customer Centricity: Engage with end-users, customer success, support, and sales teams to gather feedback, understand customer needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Product Requirements Definition: Define product requirements, creating detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to be passed on to UX and engineering teams.
- Backlog Prioritization: Prioritize the backlog based on customer feedback, business goals, and available resources.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, finance, sales, customer support, design, and other teams to support product launches, solve customer issues, and drive adoption and growth.
