Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our electronic signature and digital certificate products. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as eIDAS, GDPR, and PKI, while implementing robust security measures to protect users' digital identities and sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and standards, such as eIDAS, GDPR, and PKI.
- Lead the development and enhancement of electronic signature and digital certificate products, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Engage with end-users, customer success, support, and sales teams to gather feedback and understand customer needs.
- Define clear product requirements, create detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize backlog based on customer feedback, business goals, and resources available.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, finance, sales, customer support, design, and other teams to support product launches, solve customer issues, and drive adoption and growth.
- Create comprehensive product documentation, such as user manuals, internal Wikis, API guides, and other related training materials.
- Ensure the quality of development through functional testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on electronic signatures, digital certificates, or related technologies. Ideally in B2B Legaltech or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic concepts, digital signature algorithms, and public key infrastructure (PKI).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing electronic signatures and digital certificates.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Solid understanding of API integration and management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma, is a plus.
- Certification in Product Management, such as Pragmatic Institute or Certified Scrum Product Owner, is valuable.
