About the Role
As a Digital Manufacturing Lead at Albelli Photobox Group, you will be responsible for driving the digital evolution within manufacturing. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing engineering, production, process improvement, data & analytics, and the Project Management Office to develop a comprehensive digital manufacturing strategy and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a digital manufacturing strategy and roadmap to drive business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of digital manufacturing solutions, including data infrastructure and analytics.
- Develop and manage a scalable and cross-site support structure for digital manufacturing.
- Explore opportunities for improvements and innovations in manufacturing, considering industry trends and best practices.
Impact and Contributions:
- Play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of Albelli Photobox Group's manufacturing sites.
- Unlock the potential of data-driven decision making and drive business growth.
- Contribute to the development of a robust operational support model and partnerships with key players in the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an industrial engineering discipline.
- Equivalent extensive experience in a similar manufacturing lead or product owner role.
- Exposure to digital transformation or MES/MOMS implementation projects.
- Manufacturing or factory-based experience.
- Project management skills and knowledge of applicable tools.
- Data-driven and analytical knowledge.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have Experience:
- Manufacturing or factory-based experience.
- Fluency in French, German, Dutch, and/or Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the print industry, e-commerce, aerospace, automotive, or FMCG.
