About the Role
As a Digital Manufacturing Lead at Albelli Photobox Group, you will be responsible for driving the digital evolution within manufacturing. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing engineering, production, process improvement, data & analytics, and the Project Management Office to develop a digital manufacturing strategy and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a digital manufacturing strategy and roadmap to drive business growth and improvement.
- Oversee the architecture of third-party manufacturing software and ensure it aligns with the digital transformation roadmap.
- Design and develop a manufacturing data infrastructure to enable data-driven decision making.
- Establish a scalable and cross-site support structure for digital manufacturing.
- Explore opportunities for improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes.
Impact and Contributions:
- Play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of Albelli Photobox Group's manufacturing sites.
- Unlock the potential of data-driven decision making to drive business growth and improvement.
- Contribute to the development of a robust operational support model and partnerships with key industry players.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an industrial engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience in a similar manufacturing lead or product owner role.
- Experience with digital transformation or MES/MOMS implementation projects.
- Manufacturing or factory-based experience.
- Project management skills and knowledge of applicable tools.
- Data-driven and analytical knowledge.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
