The Opportunity

This position works out of our Spain location in the Nutrition division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active.

Job Summary

As the Digital and eCommerce Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the eCommerce Sales channel and its clients. This includes sales and budget forecasting, planning of promotional activities, and ensuring content optimization to maximize sales and increase media performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop the commercial relationship with main customers
  • Evaluate customers, market conditions, and competitor data
  • Define long-term eCommerce strategy
  • Develop digital performance strategies to drive online traffic that converts to sales
  • Plan and budget for eCommerce and media activations
  • Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of eCommerce digital assets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital sales management or leading performance campaigns
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
