As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operability of our instruments, reagents, and software. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining exceptional performance and efficiency in all assigned solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional operability in all assigned solutions, including instruments, reagents, and software, by executing procedures for preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance.
  • Train users to handle and use these solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain excellent communication and proactive collaboration with clients, keeping them informed about reagent updates and quality controls.
  • Use CRM to report all activities conducted remotely or on-site, ensuring detailed documentation of technical characteristics and updates as required.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Area to address customer needs and support sales of solutions and service offerings.

You must comply with the legislation, internal procedures, and applicable regulations in terms of Safety, Health, and Environment, especially those procedures related to waste segregation, application of preventive measures, and the use of work equipment and protection equipment.

Furthermore, you must know and act in full compliance with the Company's policies, including the Code of Conduct, and the applicable Ethical Codes.
