About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer, E&A to join our global team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising Field Service Electrical & Automation activities on 4-Stroke Marine Engines and Propulsion Control Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to marine installations and power plants to perform commissioning, overhauls, and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience working with 4-stroke engines (Diesel, Gas or DF) and Propulsion equipment (CPP, Thrusters, waterjets)
  • Good knowledge of Written and Spoken English
  • Experience in Troubleshooting, Overhauls, and commissioning
  • Availability to travel around 80% of the time
  • Good communication and cooperation skills, especially in multicultural environments
  • Attention to safety
  • Experience in team working
  • Experience in dealing directly with Clients
  • Time management and ability to work under pressure
