Job Summary

This Inside Sales Representative role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting within a defined book of business. The ideal candidate will have a natural closing ability, consistent prospecting skills, and proficiency in CRM systems and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  1. Schedule Remote Meetings: Schedule remote meetings with potential and existing customers to identify their requirements and match them to Iron Mountain solutions.
  2. Develop Customer Relationships: Foster strong customer relationships by understanding their organizational goals and leveraging CRM and analytical tools to drive profitable growth.
  3. Qualify Opportunities: Qualify opportunities by uncovering decision-making processes, budget constraints, and buying motives to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Natural closing ability and consistent prospecting skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), social media platforms, and analytical data to drive growth
