AirDNA is looking for a Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team As a Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for retaining revenue and identifying upsell opportunities within your customer base.

This role combines account management and customer success, ensuring customers achieve measurable ROI from our products. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging industry expertise and product knowledge to foster long-term relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and mitigate churn risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire life cycle of the client after they have been closed (onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal).
  • Drive revenue retention by achieving retention goals.
  • Conduct customer calls, including onboarding, renewals, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Monitor customer health scores, identify at-risk accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve engagement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full proficiency in English both verbal and written.
  • 1+ years of Account management experience in B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Confident and personable on customer calls, with the ability to negotiate and overcome objections.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate documentation and task management.
