About the Role

Remotely Talents is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success through onboarding, check-ins, and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement influencer campaigns based on brand budgets and goals
  • Conduct strategy sessions with new customers to help them craft effective influencer marketing strategies
  • Regularly check in with customers to improve onboarding and retention processes
  • Advocate for customer needs and suggest platform enhancements to improve the overall customer experience
  • Manage customer support, resolving issues and gathering improvement ideas
  • Build and maintain a strong LinkedIn presence to establish authority in influencer marketing
Requirements
  • Experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of building and executing successful influencer programs
  • Strong client relationship building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop high-level strategies and solutions
  • Technical savviness, with comfort using new technology and platforms
  • Customer success experience, with a deep understanding of product adoption, user retention, and NRR
