Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process all external and internal communications, including calls, emails, and messages, and take ownership of resolving guest issues.
- Have a working knowledge of all hotel departments, particularly Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering, and be able to provide information and assistance to guests as needed.
- Serve as a liaison for guests requiring information or assistance, and handle and distribute faxes, voice messages, and written messages for internal and external guests.
- Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards, and maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Previous customer-related experience is an asset.
- Must possess outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team, and focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
