Job Title: Operations Trainee

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Trainee to join our team at Hyde. As an Operations Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and contributing to the growth and success of our team.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist in daily housekeeping operations, including room inspections and inventory management.
* Support the front desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
* Provide personalized guest services, responding to inquiries and requests promptly.
* Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organize and coordinate special guest activities and events.
* Assist in monitoring and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the property.
* Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring swift and efficient resolution.
* Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
* Assist with the coordination of housekeeping schedules and staff shifts.
* Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.
* Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

**Qualifications**

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
* European nationality or possibility to get the student visa for Spain.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
* Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
