We are seeking a skilled professional to provide expert on-site services for cooling products, including commissioning, technical analysis, and resolving customer issues.
This position focuses on complex projects, including troubleshooting and on-site support for Cooling Equipment & Systems (air cooling, air- or water-cooled chillers, CRAC/CRAH units).
Key Responsibilities:- Commissioning and startup of cooling equipment across the entire product range;
- Evaluation of unit installation and system operational conditions;
- Performance of onsite adjustments to optimize equipment operation;
- Identification of root causes of equipment failures;
- Documentation and disposal of defective parts;
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of cooling systems.
- Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of experience in commissioning or field service repair with HVAC or cooling equipment;
- Advantageous experience with precision cooling;
- Knowledge of HVAC, generators, and fire detection/suppression systems;
- Fluency in English language (B2+ level minimum);
- Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and Acrobat;
- International travel required for 70% of working time.
