Cooling Equipment Specialist
ResponsibilitiesThis position requires a strong understanding of precision cooling and experience with complex projects, including troubleshooting and on-site support for Cooling Equipment & Systems (air cooling, air- or water-cooled chillers, CRAC / CRAH units).
- Main Responsibilities
- Provide professional on-site services for cooling products, including commissioning, technical analysis, and resolving customer issues.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues related to quality, software, or operational problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Diploma / bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of commissioning or field service repair experience with HVAC or cooling equipment.
- Experience with precision cooling is an advantage.
- Experience with HVAC, generators, fire detection/suppression systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Acrobat.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 70% of the time.
