Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer interactions, providing proactive guidance and support to optimize product use.
- Identify opportunities to expand Amadeus Hospitality's footprint within assigned accounts and develop strategies to achieve this goal.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless renewal contracting processes and drive organic growth.
- Provide revenue management, marketing, and product optimization strategies to support customers and drive effective business growth.
- Deep understanding of the Amadeus portfolio of products and the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze customer data and develop targeted strategies to drive growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
