Customer Success Manager

At Amadeus, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their full potential. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients get the most out of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer interactions, providing proactive guidance and support to optimize product use.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Amadeus Hospitality's footprint within assigned accounts and develop strategies to achieve this goal.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless renewal contracting processes and drive organic growth.
  • Provide revenue management, marketing, and product optimization strategies to support customers and drive effective business growth.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the Amadeus portfolio of products and the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and develop targeted strategies to drive growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
