Sales Operations Manager - Commercial Strategy
Are you a process-driven professional with a passion for simplifying operations? Join Expedia Partner Solutions' global sales operations team as a Sales Operations Manager and drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales teams through collaboration with various functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and improve the sales cycle and process to ensure alignment with organizational needs and customer-centric decision-making.
  • Establish areas for improvement and work closely with stakeholders to enable changes in our sales process, especially with the Salesforce.com product and technology team.
  • Streamline the sales process by proposing new processes, prioritizing automation, and sharing best practices.
  • Flag problem areas and recommend next steps to enhance sales team efficiency.
  • Analyze data and use key metrics, as well as stakeholder feedback, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
