Sales Operations Manager

Expedia Group is a global travel company that powers travel for everyone, everywhere. We design cutting-edge technology to make travel smoother and more memorable, and we create groundbreaking solutions for our partners. We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager - Commercial Strategy to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales teams through close collaboration with various functions.
Key Responsibilities
Review and improve our sales process, especially with the Salesforce.com product and technology team to ensure the system is aligned. Streamline the sales process by proposing new processes, prioritizing automation and sharing best practices. Analyze data and use key metrics as well as stakeholder feedback to measure effectiveness and uncover areas for improvement of the sales process.
Requirements
Experience in sales operations and process improvement in a B2B organization and/or travel industry. Robust understanding of Salesforce.com and how it can enable and add value to the sales cycle. Ability to think like a salesperson and understand the B2B sales process and the opportunities and challenges surrounding it.
