Technical Support Specialist with FinTech Expertise

Ebury, a hyper-growth FinTech firm, is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work on market-leading cloud applications and participate in company-wide projects.
This 2nd Line support position will require the successful candidate to manage tickets from the user base, including advanced user queries, data updates, and simple configuration. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Google's Workspace suite of applications and products, as well as ZenDesk and/or Jira or other ticketing systems. Direct experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is an advantage.
The salary for this position is estimated at around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Ebury is headquartered in London and has a presence in over 25 countries worldwide, offering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and have a good level of understanding of cloud technologies. Experience with Salesforce ADM201 certification is desirable but not essential.
