About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French Booking Manager to join our team at Apartool. As a key member of our corporate housing team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating temporary accommodation solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with our network of suppliers to source and negotiate the best temporary accommodation options for our clients.
  • Booking and Coordination: Manage the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to final confirmation, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of services.
  • Account Management: Oversee the accounting process for each booking, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the growth and development of our corporate housing business, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native-level written and spoken French, with advanced English language skills.
  • Experience: Proven experience in bookings, sales, and customer service, with a strong understanding of the corporate housing industry.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Education: Degree in a relevant field, such as Tourism, Revenue Management, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business Administration.
