Role Overview:

In this role, you will be a vital support to the Local Partner Services team in Barcelona. Your primary responsibility will be to inform and advise accommodation partners regarding their business performance, market opportunities, and industry trends. You will empower partners to effectively utilize our systems, tools, and available products with the aim of optimizing their performance on our platform and delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with partners in your region via phone and internal messaging to support their business development, including market visits to your assigned portfolio.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners, serving as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, and following up as necessary while evaluating local market characteristics, trends, and drivers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with accommodation partners through regular performance calls and communication to ensure they provide our customers with the best availability and competitive pricing.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively communicate their benefits and usage to partners.
  • Identify opportunities for partners that can enhance their business by utilizing our internal segmentation for prioritization.
  • Assist in identifying new potential partner leads and facilitate follow-up actions.
  • Address customer service issues related to your portfolio and resolve them efficiently for the benefit of the business, partner, and customer.
  • Support the organization of events, such as workshops and webinars, for partners, and participate in partner events for your portfolio.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Significant experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity or experience in the e-commerce and/or travel industry.
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who is self-motivated, adaptable, and open to change.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the designated area.
