Food and Beverage Operations Director

Job Summary:
Hilton Barcelona is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Operations Director to lead the F&B department and drive business growth. As a key member of the hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience, increase revenue, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Leadership: Direct and organize the activities of the Food and Beverage departments, including the Kitchen, Banquet Operations, Restaurants, Room Service, and Bars.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to meet the daily needs of the operation, including administration and planning of the F&B department.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the chef and restaurant managers to create and merchandise attractive menu designs that appeal to a predetermined customer market.
- Cost Control: Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs among all subdepartments and monitor the food and beverage budget to ensure efficient operation and that expenditures stay within budget limitations.
- Team Management: Assist departmental managers in establishing and achieving predetermined profit objectives and desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, merchandising, and promotions.
