We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Trainee to join our team at Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid. As a Front Office Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the check-in and check-out process, maintaining accurate records in our system.
  • Assist with receiving internal and external calls, resolving queries about reservations, groups, and partner collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the reception team to ensure the safe and efficient handling of guest luggage.
  • Address guest queries and concerns, providing detailed and personalized attention.
  • Work closely with all hotel departments to gain a 360-degree understanding of our operations.

Requirements:

  • Full-time commitment, with a signed agreement with your school or studies center.
  • Flexible morning or afternoon shifts, rotating on a weekly basis.
  • Advanced English language skills are essential (evaluated during the interview). International experience, such as Erasmus, is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and learning abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A passion for travel and the hospitality industry.
