Responsibilities
  1. Handle reservation inquiries, manage bookings, and oversee room availability.
  2. Perform front desk tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and processing payments.
  3. Assign rooms based on guest preferences, availability, and special requests.
  4. Ensure guest safety and security by following established procedures.
  5. Participate in training programs to enhance skills in guest service, communication, and problem-solving.
