Vans and Trucks Manager Spain and Portugal Leader

Europcar Mobility Group is a leading player in the mobility market, with a focus on vehicle rental services in Europe. The company aims to become a leader in sustainable mobility services, driven by data, technology, and people.
The Vans and Trucks Manager Spain and Portugal will be responsible for developing and delivering the Vans and Trucks strategy in Spain and Portugal to create controlled revenue growth and maximize profitability.
The key objectives of this role include:
- Developing and delivering the Vans and Trucks strategy in Spain and Portugal
- Creating controlled revenue growth and maximizing profitability
- Working with the Sales Director to create, define, and implement guidelines for key strategic B2B processes in Spain and Portugal
- Delivering commercial development of the Vans & Trucks business, advising and guiding the business and the rest of the sales team
- Maximizing revenue acceleration for the Vans & Trucks business through ensuring B2B revenue targets are met on a country level
- Providing B2B Van & Truck expertise across the Cluster Iberia through coaching, developing sales initiatives and strategies, supporting implementation and execution of key deliverables to achieve a high level of sales
- Ensuring continuous development and alignment of new and existing Van & Trucks products
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the Vans and Truck industry with a focus on LCVs (Light commercial vehicles), strong focus on sales and customer acquisition, and ideally product development and alignment background.
The candidate should have a university degree in business administration, sales/marketing or similar education in the Services or car/vans & truck industry, and be fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory), with Portuguese being a plus.
The candidate should also have strong analytical and strategic skills, ability to manage several projects at once in an autonomous mode, excellent planning and organization skills, good understanding of IT and ecommerce matters, strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills, and honesty, open-minded & team spirit.
