Vans and Trucks Strategy Manager Spain and Portugal

Develop and deliver the Vans and Trucks strategy in Spain and Portugal to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Vans and Trucks budget and P&L, ensuring forecasting activities align with budget and expectations. Collaborate with the Sales Director to create and implement guidelines for key strategic B2B processes in Spain and Portugal, maximizing Vans & Trucks business performance. Deliver commercial development of the Vans & Trucks business, advising and guiding the business and sales team. Ensure B2B revenue targets are met on a country level, maximizing revenue acceleration for the Vans & Trucks business. Provide B2B Van & Truck expertise across Cluster Iberia through coaching, developing sales initiatives and strategies, and supporting implementation and execution of key deliverables. Ensure continuous development and alignment of new and existing Van & Trucks products. Work with Service Lines and Business Units to accelerate the Go to Market proposition. Partner and work cross-functionally with Fleet, Ecommerce, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue and Capacity teams.
Requirements:
Substantial experience in the Vans and Truck industry with a focus on LCVs. Strong focus on sales and customer acquisition. Ideally, product development and alignment background. University degree in business administration, sales/marketing, or similar education in the Services or car/vans & truck industry. Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory), Portuguese being a plus. MS Office / Google Suite computer skills. Rigorous strategic thinker with business sense. Strong analytical and strategic skills. Ability to manage several projects at once in an autonomous mode. Excellent planning and organization skills. Good understanding of IT and ecommerce matters. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Honesty, open-minded, and team spirit.
