Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the servicing needs of our premium merchant, multi-currency, and third-party partner segments across the globe.
- Providing expert guidance and support to merchants and partners to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive improvements in customer experience and reduce recurring incidents.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English and German.
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and analytical skills.
- A strong growth mindset and ability to take ownership of your own career.
