Docplanner is the world's leading healthcare platform, connecting patients with top doctors and facilitating seamless appointment booking. As a Sales Operations Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence.
About the Role
You will be responsible for monitoring revenue KPIs, tracking business results, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing automations related to sales operations processes on the Clinics segment
- Gathering and analyzing data to understand problems and address them proactively
- Supervising KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams
- Providing actionable insights and useful information for team leaders and managers
- Taking an active part in strategic projects
- Training sales reps on the use of the CRM tool and related processes
- Rethinking processes, detecting bottlenecks, and improving automations, KPIs, and tools
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with team members and other departments
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- An undergraduate or master's degree in economics, statistics, business, or a related field
- 2 years or more of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or other positions related to business development project management
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience with CRM: Salesforce is a must
- Expertise in Excel
- Analytical thinking and report creation skills
- Ability to work well with numbers and people
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ease of learning new tools and skills
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with SQL would be ideal
- Datastudio knowledge would be a plus
- Coaching knowledge would be a plus
