The Role

We're seeking a brave and creative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for owning the full cycle recruitment process, hiring team stakeholder management, and participating in programs to promote our SoftwareOne Academy brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Full cycle recruiting for Junior talent in the EMEA region
  2. Hiring team stakeholder management to ensure seamless collaboration
  3. Participation in programs and events to promote SoftwareOne Academy brand
  4. Help plan and execute the company's overall Graduate program

You'll work closely with Global Business leaders to understand talent needs and help lead talent acquisition initiatives. You'll also collaborate with the Regional Academy manager to define and execute partnership strategies with Universities, NGOs, and other institutions.

What You'll Do
  1. Direct fulfillment of Academy Associates, Academy apprentices, and Return to work profiles in the EMEA region
  2. Execute against an in-region strategy based on business forecasts to meet growing talent needs
  3. Execute engagement strategies around SoftwareOne Academy's brand to demonstrate our employee value proposition
  4. Work closely with local HR regarding contracts, salaries, and local labor law when recruiting in new countries
  5. Collaborate with recruiters across the region to ensure global collaboration when needed
  6. Support the Academy Manager on partnerships with Universities, NGOs, and other institutions
  7. Participate in projects with the extended Talent Acquisition team and deliver interview trainings
