Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

At Straumann Group, we're expanding our recruitment team to support our continued growth and success. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent for our Headquarter & EMEA Hub positions.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our onsite Executive TA Partners in Basel to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise will be essential in sourcing and selecting candidates for a range of roles, from Sales & Marketing to R&D, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and more.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in Hiring Strategy Meetings with the business to influence profile selection and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Collaborate with TA Partners, HRBPs, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment processes.
  • Develop and implement talent sourcing methods to identify and engage rare talent.
  • Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various job openings through direct sourcing channels, referrals, company career website, job boards, and social media platforms.
Requirements

We're looking for a positive, can-do attitude, influencing decision-making with both the business and candidates. You should be data-hungry, able to review candidate profiles, develop market intelligence, and update systems in real-time. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
