Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Selectra in Madrid. As a key member of our People and Organisation team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process for commercial francophone positions, including analysing job requirements, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing excellent communication and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to identify potential candidates.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of commercial recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
