Estamos buscando un Talent Acquisition Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo de Highlander. En este rol, serás responsable de captar y seleccionar a los mejores profesionales para nuestras necesidades.

Responsabilidades
  • Crear y ejecutar estrategias de captación de talento para cubrir posiciones clave en todas las áreas de la empresa.
  • Gestionar todo el ciclo de selección, desde la atracción de candidatos hasta su incorporación.
  • Colaborar con la agencia de reclutamiento externa para optimizar la selección de talento y asegurar que los candidatos encajen con la cultura de la empresa.
  • Desarrollar una base de datos de candidatos cualificados para cubrir necesidades futuras.
  • Analizar métricas y resultados para mejorar continuamente los procesos de captación.
  • Asegurar que los nuevos talentos se alineen con los valores y la misión de la empresa.
  • Informar periódicamente a la dirección sobre el avance y los resultados en los procesos de reclutamiento.
Requisitos
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en reclutamiento, preferiblemente en sectores como marketing, ventas y tecnología.
  • Experiencia en la gestión tanto de procesos internos de captación como en coordinación con agencias de reclutamiento.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples procesos de selección en entornos de rápido crecimiento.
  • Conocimiento del sector marketing y los perfiles estratégicos necesarios en este tipo de empresas.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y análisis de datos.
  • Visión estratégica para anticipar las necesidades de talento en función del crecimiento de la empresa.
