About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance in Barcelona. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and closing deals in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers by qualified leads and close deals at the agreed-upon budget.
  • Understand customer requirements and objectives, and match potential solutions and strategies.
  • Develop sales strategies to optimize and improve customer sales and profit margins.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native level of Spanish.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • 6 months of experience in a sales environment.
  • A team player with problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
What We Offer
  • Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Salary: 19,087€ gross/year + up to 2,290€ gross/year in bonus.
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
