Job Summary

HITACHI ENERGY SPAIN, S.A.U. is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and repairing technical products and systems at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.
  • Determine when products require upgrade or replacement.
  • Provide onsite training to customer support personnel.

Requirements

This role requires a Senior Para-Professional (S3) with broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools, obtained through extensive work experience and vocational or technical education. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under limited supervision for routine situations and provide assistance and training to lower-level employees.

Travel Requirements

Candidates must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time, as required by the role.
