Plumbing Technician

With previous experience as a Plumber and Building Maintenance, this role involves conducting regular rounds/inspection of all building plants and equipment and common area facilities while on duty. Ensuring that all equipment is in good running condition, the successful candidate will implement troubleshooting activities to rectify any noted defects. Reporting to Facilities Engineer/Senior Operations Manager any noted defects on the equipment, incidents, and action taken to rectify the matter. Implementing instructions from Facilities Engineer/Operations Manager on matters that require immediate attention. Ensuring that operation of equipment conforms with the operating schedule in consonance with the energy management program. Operating and monitoring the operation of water pumps, exhaust system, air conditioning and cooling system, lighting, etc. Conducting cleaning of assigned equipment room. Accomplishing daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance. Monitoring ongoing fit-out activities of tenants. Accomplishing instructions from Facilities Engineer/Senior Operations Manager relating to the maintenance and operation of equipment. Endorsing to incoming technician accomplished and unaccomplished activities for the day to ensure continuity of programmed activities. Attending to unit owners and tenants' service calls or requests for assistance inside office/units.
