Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY SPAIN, S.A.U. in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Determine when products should be upgraded or replaced, and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide onsite training to customer support personnel, and assist in the development of technical documentation.
  • Work under limited supervision, and provide guidance and support to lower-level employees.

Requirements

  • Broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools, obtained through extensive work experience and vocational or technical education.
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
