About the Role
Roche is seeking a highly skilled Market Solutions Manager to join our Global Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial and corporate services solutions that meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive commercial and corporate services solutions by collaborating with the business and GP teams, as well as external providers, to develop and implement solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing expertise and input in market analysis and assessing niche requests to identify business trends.
- Develop frameworks and approaches to proactively meet business needs, identifying, refining, and managing tools and approaches.
- Advocate and enable business stakeholders, aligning and co-creating solutions that connect procurement and business questions to market knowledge.
- Foster collaborations, creating and nurturing GP and Roche-wide collaborations, promoting cross-functional teams and strategic direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree a plus, with 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, corporate services, procurement, or consulting organizations, ideally in a matrix organization.
- In-depth experience with commercialization or corporate services strategies in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated experience delivering strategies, market expertise, and innovation for clinical trials.
- Success in building credibility and trust, cultivating collaborative and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, navigating across ambiguous areas in a flexible, matrix, and rapidly changing environment.
- Business-level fluency in English, any additional language a plus.
