About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Market Solutions Manager to join our team at Roche, playing a crucial role in driving commercial and corporate services solutions. As a key member of our Global Procurement team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to address them.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving commercial and corporate services solutions, collaborating with business and GP teams, as well as external providers to develop solutions.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, providing market analysis and identifying business trends.
- Developing frameworks and approaches to proactively meet business needs.
- Advocating and enabling business stakeholders to align and co-create solutions.
- Fostering collaborations and promoting cross-functional teams and strategic direction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree, with a Master's Degree being a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, corporate services, procurement, or consulting, ideally in a matrix organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Business-level fluency in English, with any additional language being a plus.
