Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Generalist Trainee to join our team at buscojobs España. As an HR Generalist Trainee, you will support both Commercial Operations and Manufacturing across Spain and Portugal, learning and participating in a wide range of generalist HR projects and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities to cover business needs using temporary agencies or other recruitment sources.
  • Facilitate and coordinate new employee onboarding, induction, and qualification plans.
  • Support the development of training and development plans, including content, providers, logistics, budget management, and implementation.
  • Proactively support the delivery of HR processes, programs, and policies to support business strategy and people.
  • Maintain HR information systems, support HR analytics, and participate in audits.
  • Support internal communication initiatives through various channels.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommend best practices.

Requirements

  • HR Master's student or recently graduated, allowing you to sign a full-time apprentice contract.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources department.
  • Passion for HR and people and business.
  • Good knowledge of local labor law and regulations.
  • Strong digital mindset and MS Office management skills.
  • Self-starter, good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Confidentiality, transparency, and analytical approach.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is valuable.
