Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, acknowledging IHG Rewards Club and Kimpton Karma members and returning guests.
  • Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and inform guests about ways to enhance their stay.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Swiftly check guests in and out, taking IDs, handing out room keys, and controlling and releasing safety deposit boxes.
  • Record and act on guest preferences, handle messages, requests, questions, and concerns, and be a trusted contact for all guests.
  • Stay safe at all times, reporting incidents and wearing protective gear as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience working in the Front Office department
  • Fluency in local language and English; additional languages will be highly valuable
  • Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, team-worker, and passionate about service
