About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Southern Europe region and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our local teams, ensuring alignment with our global business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of our regional office, including management of budgets, resources, and personnel.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our Southern Europe region, ensuring effective communication with our global teams, customers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth in a regional or international context.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the electronic music industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken Spanish, French, and English is required.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business skills, including financial management, marketing, and sales.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
