Job Title: Country Sales Manager Mexico

Job Summary:

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial activity in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the sales team to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit and develop a team of salespeople to manage existing customers and prospect for new ones.
  • Organize all departments in the subsidiary to work in concordance with the goal to achieve.
  • Ensure commitment to and compliance with all laws and regulations throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Technical background and sales experience: Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical/Electronic.
  • More than 10 years of consolidated experience as Sales Manager, preferably with technology and solutions for control equipment and machinery in the Automotive Sector.
  • Native English: at least B2 level.
  • Willing to be permanently relocated to Mexico.
  • Willing to travel extensively within Mexico (70% of the work time must be on customer visits).
