We are seeking a seasoned Customer Engagement Manager with expertise in e-commerce, online retail, or iGaming to join our team at Outreach Recruitment Agency. The ideal candidate will be based in Spain and have a strong understanding of Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL queries.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM systems to drive customer engagement and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Optimization: Manage and optimize CRM platforms to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and generate reports using Power BI and SQL queries to inform business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • E-commerce Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce, online retail, or iGaming.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL queries.
  • Linguistic Skills: Fluent in Spanish with excellent communication skills.
  • Work Arrangement: Ability to work hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) near Barcelona.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: Competitive salary based on experience (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum).
  • Hybrid Working Model: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working model with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
  • Office Hours: Office hours are Monday to Friday, providing a stable and predictable work environment.
