Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative initiatives, leading multidisciplinary teams, and establishing a robust commercial vision grounded in deep market understanding and data analysis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive commercial strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing performance.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Oversee and manage sales teams, identifying growth opportunities, setting clear goals, and motivating teams toward achieving commercial objectives.
  • Business Relationship Development: Strengthen and expand relationships with B2B commercial partners, identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Analysis and Decision-Making: Utilize data and analytics to assess commercial performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, make accurate forecasts, and drive informed strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the commercial budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Commercial Leadership Experience: Proven experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in the furniture industry or related sectors.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and implementing large-scale commercial strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into effective commercial actions.
  • Team Management: Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and creating a high-performance culture.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Spanish, and French, with other languages considered a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or business.
