Claims Representative

Your Role:
As a Claims Representative, you will be responsible for critical analysis and processing of claims for medical expenses within the fixed turnaround time. You will assess and process claims while maintaining medical confidentiality, and ensure accurate data input to PC and mainframe applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Processing:
Assess and process claims for medical expenses
Maintain medical confidentiality
Ensure accurate data input to PC and mainframe applications
Workload Management:
Monitor and manage your workload, ensuring timely processing of claims
Identify and report any irregularities in procedures
Collaboration:
Participate in an agreeable and amicable atmosphere
Communicate effectively with internal employees
Requirements:
Education:
Degree or similar by experience (Foreign languages studies, translation and interpreting, administration)
Language Skills:
Active knowledge of English
Good knowledge of German, Cyrillic, Dutch, Greek, Hebrew, French, Italian, and other languages is a plus
Skills:
Skilled in taking decisions and taking the right action on allocated files
Skilled with numbers and enjoys working with them

9 weeks of training, most of which will be done from the office
Flexible Starting Hour:
Our shifts start from 7:00 to 9:30, with the possibility to choose the time that suits you best (Monday to Friday - Morning intensive shift).
