Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Claims Representative to join our team. As a Claims Representative, you will be responsible for processing medical claims for expenses within a fixed turnaround time. You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and efficient claims processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and process claims for medical expenses while maintaining medical confidentiality.
  • Accurately input data into PC and mainframe applications.
  • Position yourself analytically and critically in the context of cost management and existing working methods.
  • Follow up your own workload, keeping an eye on chronology and processing time of work volume and taking suitable actions.
  • Participate efficiently in processing the flow of claims, informing the Supervisor about claims lacking clarity and possible ways of optimizing processes.
Requirements
  • Active knowledge of English.
  • Good knowledge of any of the following languages will be a plus: German, Cyrillic, Dutch, Greek, Hebrew, French, Italian, and so on.
  • Skilful in taking decisions, taking the right action on allocated files based on available information.
  • Skilful with numbers, likes to work with numbers.
  • Accurate, works accurately on the input of data, aims to work faultlessly.
  • Discipline, pays attention to procedures, agreements, and document flows.
  • Efficient, finds a good balance between quality and quantity.
  • Team player, able to work in a team.
  • Skilful with computer programs, readily learns the ropes in the use of current office applications.
  • Discreet, works discreetly with confidential (medical) information.

  • Flexible starting hour: Our shifts start from 7:00 to 9:30, with possibility to choose the time that suits you best (Monday to Friday - Morning intensive shift).
