Key Responsibilities
As a Claims Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing and processing claims for medical expenses with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve claims-related issues.
- Identifying and escalating complex claims to senior team members for resolution.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize claims processing workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as healthcare administration or finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex claims-related issues.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and claims processing software.
