As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation philosophy and driving results through strategic planning and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and scale our Global Sales Compensation function, driving philosophy, design, administration, and analytics.
  • Lead the annual Sales Incentive Compensation planning and design process, working closely with sales leadership and finance.
  • Develop and implement improvements to the sales compensation process, ensuring transparency and self-service access for the field.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, People, and Legal teams to align sales plans with business metrics and drive financial objectives.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with key internal stakeholders and communicate key metrics to drive performance improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in Sales Operations, including Sales Compensation or Incentive Management, Sales Effectiveness, Planning, and innovative critical design thinking.
