Global Sales Consultant for Cloud Security Solutions

At Job Squad, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through the sale of cloud security solutions.

Your Role
- You will work towards individual targets, contributing to the growth of our customer base across APAC.
- In a phone-based environment, you will interact with customers primarily via outbound calls, managing a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects.
- Through proactive outreach and solution-selling, you will educate customers on our cloud security offerings, build quick rapport with C-level decision makers, and assess their needs.
- You will understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs with available cloud security solutions.
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in our CRM database, working towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
- Native level of Swedish and advanced English.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience in outbound sales within the IT industry.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player attitude, and high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Comfortable working against an assigned quota in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and analytical mindset with a go-getter attitude.
